This album of instrumentals was made with Scratch DJ's, or any other performer, in mind. Rock Well's expertly crafted sound creates a cinematic atmosphere and he has deliberately left space to invite musical interaction with these tracks.
A lot of the source material on Score Marks comes from old movie scores, re-imagined as a new soundtrack and given a fresh perspective with Rock Well's trademark classy production and slowed-down funky drum patterns.
Specifically designed as an alternative to the "scratch looper" (endlessly looping beats for scratch practice) Score Marks will take you on a trip through a movie in your mind while you get busy to the beats.
